Governance Bodies of the National Institute of Social Work
The institute is currently managed according to the following bodies: the Institution Council, the permanent committees, the Scientific Committee, and the Coordinator of the Professional Bachelor’s program.
The Institution Council handles all matters related to the institute and its proper functioning, in order to be able to submit its proposals on this subject to the Coordination Council:

Proposing projects for establishing training and research pathways;

Preparing the training evaluation system;

Submitting its budget proposals for the institute;

Exercising disciplinary authority over students according to the conditions defined by the supervising government authority;

Establishing the internal regulations for both the Institution Council and the institute;

Forming committees including the Scientific Committee and the Budget Monitoring Committee, and if necessary, special committees to study specific issues;

Defining in the institute’s internal regulations the number of permanent committees, their formation, and their functioning;
The Institution Council of the National Institute of Social Work is composed as follows:

Two representatives of higher education professors;

Two representatives of accredited professors;
-
Two representatives of assistant professors;
-
Two representatives of administrative staff;
-
One student representative for each training program;
-
Four external members
