International Cooperation

The National Institute of Social Work has worked on developing very important partnership agreements at the national and international levels with institutions, universities, and civil society organizations. This cooperation is based on the exchange of expertise and knowledge, hosting trainee students, supervising their research, participating in the development of units, and organizing joint educational activities.

International Cooperation

Among the guiding principles of the National Institute of Social Work, and to expand, enrich, and diversify the training offer, the institute has intensified its partnerships with institutions, higher institutes, and universities in the Mediterranean basin and the African continent. On this basis, a group of partnership agreements has been signed with international universities, and other partnership agreements are in the process of being signed, including:

  • Pablo de Olavide University in Seville – Spain;

  • Higher School of Social Work in Liège – Belgium;

  • Technical University of Social Sciences (TH Cologne) in Cologne – Germany;

  • National Institute of Social Workers in Kinshasa – Democratic Republic of Congo;

  • Mediterranean Institute for Training and Research in Social Work (IMFRTS) in Marseille – France.
